The state of Montana is the engine driving the motivation for my work. Simply put, I love Montana. I was born here, will spend my entire life here, and it's what I see in Montana, that I put into my work. Robert and I have decided, if we tour Montana the rest of our lives, we still won't see it all. Our desire is to show you the Montana you might not otherwise see.

Photo Stories

I love to capture a sequence of photos that tell a great story. There are several of these Montana stories for sale on this site. We have a story of Canadian goose parents herding their babies to the water, mule deer waking each other up from a sound nap, fire fighters wrapping a cabin with foil in expectation of fire danger and many more.

8X10" photos on this site are $40 and that includes shipping. Email me with the jpg number of the photo you wish to purchase. I'll send you a paypal invoice for the photo(s).

Reference Photo use for Artists

Photos are available for reference, to use in the creation of your paintings. As you browse these pages, note the jpg number of the photos you'd like to use. Email me with the jpg numbers, and I'll send you a paypal invoice for the photos. Once I've recieved payment, I'll email you the jpgs. Jpgs are aprox, 3000X2000 pixels, 180 dpi.
