White Swan
This white swan is leaving the pond. I got up early, as nature photographers are prone to doing and walked to the pond. This swan was floating around, not doing much and I watched him for an hour. He was far across the pond, but I could see him with my lens. I was almost ready to give up when he rose out of the water and left the pond in a flurry of action!

Grackle at the Feeder
These big birds take over my bird feeder at times, but I can't deny their colors are beautiful.
